First time clients should call 262-290-5525 to arrange for a brief phone screening, as our goal is to ensure that we can best meet your needs. You will be provided a description of the services offered and clinician availability, along with fee and billing information.
Current clients may utilize the Client Access Portal below to schedule appointments, and complete and submit initial paperwork and assessments.
Our billing process is simple and transparent:
Payment is expected at the beginning of each session. To protect your confidentiality,
and the confidentiality of all our clients, Perpetual Help Psychological Services, L.L.C.
uses Ivy Pay, a HIPPA-secure app that allows for easy and confidential payments, which
also allows you the use of HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards.
If you prefer to not use Ivy Pay, payments with a traditional credit card or check are also accepted.
