Our Therapy

Depression, loss of enjoyment, and feelings of despair are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with anxiety, to include worry, panic, and fear. These can become excessive and lead to isolation, along with the inability to function at home, school, or work. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of conquering your worries and regaining your life.

Grief & Loss

Grief comes in many forms and magnitudes: the loss of a relationship; divorce; being passed over for a promotion; not getting into the college or graduate school of choice; role loss associated with life changes; physical illness or disability; death of a pet; death of a friend, partner, spouse, sibling, child, or parent.  We will walk with you on your healing journey.
